The ZeroB Water Softener is a fully automatic water treatment system designed to remove hardness from water, making it ideal for domestic and light commercial applications. It operates on the ion-exchange principle, replacing calcium and magnesium ions—the primary causes of water hardness—with sodium ions. This process helps prevent limescale buildup in plumbing, water heaters, washing machines, and other appliances, thereby extending their lifespan and improving overall efficiency. The softened water also enhances the effectiveness of soaps and detergents, helps retain the color and texture of clothes, and ensures cleaner, smoother skin and hair after bathing.

The ZeroB softener comes equipped with a programmable control valve that automates the regeneration cycle, requiring minimal manual intervention. The system can handle a flow rate of approximately 1000 liters per hour and is suitable for inlet water hardness levels up to 800 ppm, reducing it to less than 50 ppm. It features a resin tank with about 12.5 liters of softening resin and a brine tank with a salt capacity of around 20 kg for periodic regeneration. It operates efficiently within a pressure range of 1.5 to 3.5 kg/cm² and requires a standard 230V electrical connection.
